By accessing or using the B3D website, joining the waitlist, submitting a partnership interest form, or otherwise engaging with B3D — Black Doctorates Deployed in Destinations — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or submit any forms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, waitlist registrants, applicants, and partner institutions who interact with B3D and its digital properties.

B3D — Black Doctorates Deployed in Destinations — is a global academic mobility and cultural immersion initiative that connects Black doctoral professionals and scholars with international universities, research institutions, and cross-cultural engagement opportunities throughout Diaspora-connected destinations.

B3D is an initiative powered by Disrupt for Change, LLC, an Orlando, FL based social enterprise. All program operations, communications, and engagements are conducted under the auspices of Disrupt for Change, LLC.

The B3D program is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not constitute an application, guarantee participation, or create any contractual obligation between the registrant and B3D or Disrupt for Change, LLC. Program details, timelines, eligibility requirements, and cohort structures are subject to change.

Submitting a waitlist registration form indicates your interest in receiving program updates and priority notification when the 2028 cohort application opens. Waitlist registration does not guarantee selection, placement, or participation in any B3D cohort.

B3D reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, cohort size, program structure, and application requirements at any time without prior notice. All final participation decisions rest solely with B3D.

Submitting a Partnership Interest Form expresses your institution's interest in hosting a B3D scholar and initiates a preliminary conversation with the B3D team. Submission of the form does not constitute a binding agreement, partnership contract, or commitment of any kind on the part of B3D or the submitting institution.

Any formal partnership between B3D and an institution will be governed by a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives of both parties. B3D reserves the right to decline, defer, or discontinue any partnership discussion at its sole discretion.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, program descriptions, and design elements, is the property of B3D or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any B3D content without prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes is permitted provided that attribution to B3D is maintained.

By using this website and submitting any forms, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You agree not to submit false credentials, misrepresent your institutional affiliation, or use this website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

B3D reserves the right to remove any submission, disqualify any applicant or partner, and restrict access to the website for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that B3D determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the program.

B3D's and Disrupt for Change, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to B3D in connection with the program giving rise to the claim.
